Hi @dirtdog1 thanks for the log.
The main issue is that the companion app is not sending anything.
Could you please the dump log button on the companion and send me at least a photo of what you will see in the textbox under the dump log?

Below is a screenshot from the companion app.

It is probably worth adding that for some reason something is generating a boatload of debug files so I frequently have to delete those to ensure the treadmill tablet doesn't run out of space. I'll try and see if I can stop or automate that.

@dirtdog1 got the issue, try to set the device in the qz companion app to C1750 and restart the treadmill

Sorry to re-open this issue. But I am not able to connect to the treadmill again.

I can ping the treadmill fine from my phone.

Is there some way for me understand the logs? I.e. where/what to look for when attempting to debug the issue?

I think the time stamps on the treadmill are off by one hour for some reason.

I can get the speed changes to show in the companion. However, it seems that the updates in the companion stopped when I started the QZ app on my phone?

i'm not in front of the pc for the next days, but it seems that there is something on your networks that prevents the broadcast packets from the companion to be received from the qz app on the phone. did you try to restart your router? Hmm - I tried running a Wireshark capture on my local network.

There's definitely traffic coming out of the treadmill:

I'll try and re-install the QZ Android app.

Alright, cleared the data and the cache in the QZ app and put the IP address in again and it works. Thanks for the help!
