ok perfect the connection between the companion and qz is perfect. are you able to run a "adb logcat" from your pc? what we have to see there is that when you change the speed or the inclination, a line with "changed" word should appear in realtime there.

I just set it to grand tour pro and restarted. Now QZ shows speed at 1 mph no matter what I change the speed to on the tread mill. QZ is able to increase incline one time only and unable to decrease at all. Incline is showing as 0 in the tiles.

I tried using adb-debug.bat to get the log but it won't work this time. Says failed to connect. I can take a few pictures? Anything specific I need to look for?

ok so i checked and for the speed i saw this

so 3.21 it's the only value got from the companion. so it seems that it's not loggin them sometimes?

what's the difference, on your opinion, between the test that you did without the qz app (with the logcat directly) and this one?

The logcat from my computer was done when I was in the workout with the workout screen but the dump I had to switch to the companion app and click on the dump button and that's the only difference. But that's after I adjusted the speed so it shouldn't matter?

so in this case which value did you see on QZ? was it matching the 3.21 kp/h?

It was not matching the speed of the treadmill. The speed was showing 1mph and incline was 0 as shown in the screenshot

could I ask another test? could you please use the windows version of qz just to check it.

set your treadmill ip in the same setting and enable also the adb remote setting and restart qz. leave the qz app on the phone turned off.

no, I changed the speed a few times and that was just one of the speeds.
