nodemcu刷写固件后无法连接wifi

刷写后固件在ESPlorer中执行代码提示连接超时Waiting answer from ESP - Timeout reached. Command aborted.
wifi使用电脑连接后连接不到，或连接后无ipv4地址

ESP-01无法使用安卓客户端进行配置

烧录固件IRbaby1m.bin以后，可以正常连接ESP-01的WiFi并配置设备将要连接到的WiFi，之后ESP-01也可以连上指定的WiFi，在安卓客户端中可以发现该设备，但是进行配置并保存不会弹出保存成功的提示，点旁边的设备信息按钮也无法查看它的详细信息。相对比ESP-01，NodeMCU V3（ESP-8266）刷入IRbaby4m.bin是可以正常使用的，安卓客户端里可以查看详细信息和进行配置。

通过安卓端抓包发现，客户端确实有向ESP-01发出配置请求，但测试红外接收和发射，发射器指示灯没有反应，客户端无法获取接收器收到的信息（发射器和接收器没有问题，在NodeMCU V3上可以正常工作。

请教：怎样把这个项目打包成bin文件

我看了一下，项目里没有.ino文件，即使有，这个项目结构似乎也不能用arduino打包。

请教作者，这个项目是用什么工具，执行什么命令可以打包成bin文件呀
