Also, it could be potentially useful to further differentiate between "no valid pairings", and "valid pairings with unavailable animals".
I love the new right-click to edit feature! However, the Name, Owner, Gender and Parents aren't filled in correctly with the details of the selected dino, nor are any edits to them saved.
I have two Beelzebufos. Both are female with the ♀ symbol selected in the Library. The symbol has the pink background, as well.
For some reason, the Extractor has decided that one of them was bred (I did NOT select this, so I don't know why.)
More importantly, though, when it allows me to pick the parents, it lists the female dinos under the male selection, and nothing under the female section. I know that it shouldn't have classified this dino as bred, so maybe that's the issue, but it's still definitely pulling the wrong gender.
The Extractor of the Angler fish requires one to specify the Oxygen attribuite, although there is no such attribute.
I would expect that it is greyed out, like it is the case with the other fishes.
Every time I start ASB I have to resort the dino's, which in my case is by Top%, but I'm sure others will have their own preferences. Any chance ASB could remember the sort order?
ps Thanks for a great tool, you saved me from manually doing this in Excel!!!
If my value is for example 1485,5
The OCR exports 14855,0
Every time the comma is one digit to the right.
158,5 gets 1585,0
.....
I hope my case is clear =)
Just tamed a 120 pulmonoscorpius resulting in 162 level.
Health was 1636.1, and the software is flagging it as a red value.

Unofficial, 4x taming multiplier, that's all that's changed.
Same with a this pteranodon. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/231935/Screenshot%202016-03-26%2015.16.11.png Issues with the food, damage & speed.
Recently found your software and been having a play with it.
I don't seem to be able to get any Sabretooth to resolve with red entries, I've checked the settings and taming is at x50 which is correct.
I've attached the xml file rather than countless screen shots

I have recently tamed a Doedicurus, I recorded his level and stats post-tame without any further levelling and I am unable to extract his stats properly. I have 'just tamed' unchecked because hovering over says 'if server has not been reset since tame' which I believe it had but not 100% so I will include an image with the box both checked and unchecked.
Rightklick on some dino in the library then the Stat Testing Tab opens if I klick then on Pedigree i got this error every time.

Bird I just bred
http://i.imgur.com/Mzl7iJk.png
For some reason it's not taking the damage value that has been working on all of my previous Argentavis in the software.
I noticed that all dinos 2nd Gen and later were being marked incorrectly. I had a 2nd generation Dino that was listed as a 3rd generation and a 3rd generation listed as a 6th generation. I haven't looked at it closely enough, but it's definitely an issue in the recursive function. If I'm not mistaken, the "+ g" should be omitted from the return statements.
The Maturation multiplier is set wrong I think.
I got in on 1 its about 5h on set it up to 8 (then its over 1 day) and it got more time on the Baby and Maturation time.
But on the serversetting is called "BabyMatureSpeedMultiplier" so if you set this higher the time is faster that the baby will grow up.
Basically, if the file was to be shared with BitSync, Dropbox, or otherwise re-downloaded, the new data should automatically be merged with the current data.
Considering that most players belong to tribes, I think it would be a very worthwhile feature to have.
Pteranodon level 112, kibble tamed. TE 86.5 (was undisturbed, finished taming at level 160).
These are the values pre-nerf. TE 86.5, http://i.imgur.com/mCNeMtL.png
These are the values post-nerf: 4 levels were put in HP, most in damage. None in food. yet: http://i.imgur.com/QZLUi2L.jpg
Going through the code lead me to believe the TamingEfficiency Determination formula
"
tamingEfficiency = Math.Round((inputValue / (1 + stats[c][s][2] * d) - vWildL) / (vWildL * stats[c][s][4]), 3, MidpointRounding.AwayFromZero);
"
Is incorrect.
Either the data for pteranodon (0.18 for stats[4]) is incorrect, or the formula to determine the impact of the TE Post tame Multiplicator is incorrect.
Seeing how food values are problematic too, I'm lead to think it's the latter.
Something at the Casteroides speed is wrong:
These are the stats of the casteroides we have tamed.
But the calculator wont accept the stats only if I change speed to 100 it will work.

I'm breeding several types of dinos and often the babies differ just slightly. Presently I'm having to rekey everything as the Extractor defaults are typically unhelpful.
Edit: I see I can now achieve that thru a two step process: (1) Right click the dino to open the Stat Testing screen, and then (2) Click on the "Copy Stat-Values to Extractor" button.
It's a step in the right direction at least! But any thoughts re my initial comment?
While I'm working on a species I just have that one shown via the Species filter. When I remove a dino it changes the filter to All and I'm suddenly presented with an overload of information (I'm might have a few dinos!!!), forcing me to reselect the Species filter.
Can it please stay on the selected species? Thanks! =)
as title says
Love the new breeding plan feature, I noticed it seems to just look at pairs and recommend based on if you win all of the stat rolls.
My suggestion would be to keep the current method looking at best possible breed based on chance, but also have a more conservative recommendation that looks at the whole breeding stock and makes recommendations based on being more likely to get consistent baby steps instead of swinging for the fences.
E.g. If I have:
The more consistent breed would be to mate the male with the female having max hp & stamina, then get a male from those two to mate with the female stamina/damage.
Whereas the current formula would recommend I keep breeding the male with the stamina/damage female giving a much larger chance of a poor breed.
Basically I'm asking for a roadmap to get all of the stats amalgamated with conservative breeds instead of going for the gamblers choice each time.
It's also likely to get more complex when breeding 2.0 comes out with the speculated inbreeding penalties.
Heya.
Aaand another feature request from me 😊
I have a small problem with the Breeding Plan. It's so cool and helpful, but for example now I've bred some Quetzals. 8, to be honest xD And all have great stats. But they are still babies. That means I can't mate them. But the whole list ist clustered with suggested pairing with those Quetzals. So I can't find pairing that I really can do at the moment.
The workaround would be to mark them as "unavailable" in my library, but that can't be the solution.
Same goes for multiple pairings that I want to mate. I have a very good female in a species. That means nearly all of the suggestions are other males mated with her. But she can only mate once, and I want to get other pairings, that may be a bit lower, but still can have good stats.
So I don't know how far you thought to improve your tool. Adding babies with an automatic timer when they will be matured, etc.
But that's not even needed. For me, it would really help to make Dinos in a pairing "excludable" for the new Breeding Score calculations. Doesn't need to be saved, just as long as I have the tool open, so that I can see other pairings.
Is it understandable what I mean? xD
Heya.
It's cool that you have the sort order saved now. That helps a lot. I usually sort by top stats.
But what would be even cooler is when you can sort on multiple columns.
At the moment I guess it's random how list items with the same value are sorted, right?
I guess you know that feature from Excel or other lists already.
For me, I would really love to sort with "Top stats DESC, Tp% DESC" for example. Or sometimes just "Top stats DESC, Name ASC" so that the dinos are ordered alphabetically.
Tamed this girl last night, the ingame shot shows she's 174, the software is saying 203 based on its torpor.
There appears to be something wrong with the scorpion stats, specifically HP and potentially also damage. When I try to extract values for either of my scorpions the HP line is always red with 'n/a' in the fields. Damage has the same issue until I drop taming effectiveness to 0%-100% - I'm not 100% sure if the taming effectiveness values it ends up (<50%) are accurate but I can't say for sure that they're not considering where I tamed those scorpions! I'm happy to provide screenshots, stat lines etc or run tests for you, just tell me what!
I'm going to go tame another scorpion or two and see if it's maybe that they were tamed before a game update that's messed them up or something. I checked the stats against the info on the wiki - they have a very awkward wild HP increase, but updating the stats file doesn't appear to fix them. I had this issue with both your v0.10 and v0.11, running ARK v225.4.
I am having trouble matching the stats when I tame my dinos. I am currently using the new version and the stats from wild to tame are not matching. I am the server admin and I just don't know which multipliers I should be looking at to adjust my setting. The server we have has 3x taming, 3x hatch, and 5x mature. Thank you.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
Compy stats are missing from stats.txt, but with all those current changes it could be hard to track them now.
While technically somewhat out of scope of this tool, I think it would be useful to be able to input info on how you're taming a creature, and get stuff like probabilities of stats reaching certain levels(on hover), snapping TE of tamed but leveled creatures to known TE values(honestly, right now I use the online calcs to get the TE value, because the guesses are often wrong)
Hi,
The Parasaur starting weight is 280 (lvl 1) but it says 200 in the stats-file.
Corrected it in mine after I had multiple errors which didn't make sense.

I saw this issue in one of your closed bugs. I waited until now to resend this bug. Saw you said you had fixed it so i thought maybe it would be fixed in an upcoming update. But time passed and well i'm still having this issue :(. I checked for a new version on the "?" and it says already have current version. I also manually upgraded to the newest release. Still have this issue :(

Heya. I like the "Stat Testing" window. But it would be really cool to see how high I can pump my dino, also to check how I will spread the levels I can do.
There is a maximum number of domesticated levels you can do. I don't know the exact number, but it is a server setting as far as I know.
So what I want is two things: Display the maximum level of a dino in the library. Cause it is important if you want to consider leveling a dino.
Second, I want to see the maximum level in the "stat testing" if I have chosen a dino of my library. And I want the dom level boxes thingy to stop when maximum level is reached, go red or something. I guess you understand what I mean.
To see the "current level" of a dino with the given statspoints when I chose a library dino in that testing window would be cool too.
Heya. Me again. I am not really sure how to reproduce, it's a bit difficult, but sometimes (and more than a few times) I get an exception when extracting stats. I can just dismiss it and go on, nothing happens, but maybe you can see something in the exception log?

Die Anwendung muss mit aktiviertem Debuggen kompiliert werden.Zum Beispiel:
Wenn das JIT-Debuggen aktiviert ist, werden alle nicht behandelten

Sorry for german text, I use a german OS; but I think the important parts are the code lines, right?
If you need more details, please tell me.
Is there a place to enter custom server-side values for PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoWild? From what I could gather the multipliers.txt just handles custom values for PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed.
Are the dino stats updated again so that it is not working or am I doing something wrong?
I have tamed a direwolf, and screenshotted the stats directly after the tame. So I know that I haven't increased any of the stats.
That's my wolf and his stats.
And that's a creenshot of your tool.
P.S: I play on a private server, but with regular dino stats. There is just a Taming (time) multiplier auf 3x. Does that make any difference, do I have to set it somewhere? Guess it affects Taming-Effiency?
Any attempts I've made to edit the csv file results in an unusuable csv file. The movement speed on Ankylos and Gigantos is wrong (should be 0.5 and .06, respectively), the base stamina on Mesopithecus is wrong (should be 100, not 10), and Giganotos are flat out wrong on melee/health (likely outdated numbers before the 40% nerf). Only wrong numbers I've caught so far.
