What to migrate/rewrite:

When trying to download a file from download.bzflag.org via curl, I get the following error:

curl failed to verify the legitimacy of the server and therefore could not
establish a secure connection to it. To learn more about this situation and
how to fix it, please visit the web page mentioned above.

This is confirmed by the inspector in Firefox:

The main BZFlag domain (www.bzflag.org) isn't affected by this issue.

The wiki contains some information about our previous involvement in the Google Summer of Code program. This information could be created as sub-pages of the Project History section and linked from the relevant milestones.

Since we're replacing the wiki with official docs, we need a way to search. I'm currently looking at using lunr.js, which is a light-weight, MIT-licensed JS solution.

If anyone has anything better alternatives that can support all the fanciness that lunr.js supports, I'm open to suggestions.

Commit 987414d added the entirety of the remaining 2.4.x API to the docs. These files have multiple overloads so verifying that the committed versions are correct would be highly appreciated.

We now maintain the official snapcraft package for BZFlag. Now we need to add it to our site alongside our flatpak support for Linux browsers.

It's a common problem for newer players with firewalls or parental controls on their systems to have connection issues to the server list or servers. There should be an official doc with common troubleshooting steps per OS.

The "Getting Started" page should be prettier and more user-friendly than just a giant wall of text.

Goal: Have a page per command and a page listing all of the commands based on category in the Front Matter.

Moving this card off the backlog and into an issue. We need to document all ~167 BZDB variables that BZFS supports.

macOS versions 10.11 and older do not have the ISRG Root X1 certificate. We should document how to install the updated certificate.

We don't have any documentation on our main website about map creation. The wiki has some information that could be migrated.
