Features

  • Downloads tracks, albums and playlists in maximum available quality (320kbps AAC in M4A container).
  • Automatically tags the tracks with all the necessary metadata, lyrics and cover art.

How to use?

Make sure you have python installed in your system.

Download this repo and navigate into its directory or follow the below commands (install git first):

git clone https://github.com/bunnykek/jiosaavn-dl
cd jiosaavn-dl

use 'pip3' in the below command if 'pip' doesn't work for you.

pip install -r requirements.txt

Use "py" or "python3" if "python" doesn't work for you.

python jiosaavn.py https://www.jiosaavn.com/album/o-saki-saki-from-batla-house/og4DkAosip0_

The files will be save in the jiosaavn-dl/Downloads/ directory

I just downloaded you file and when I run I am getting following error

It does pull the file info and crash after Downloading the cover... file

I am on M1 macbook pro with python3
i downloaded the ffmpeg 4.4.1 binaries named for osx-64

Please advice next actions

I think, As "" is not allowed in filename, script throws the upshown error.

Folder naming error

Sorry to bother you... Your previous code was saving Albums which don't had Album Artist in this format (Single folder, which was good)
