Make some sensible use of externalDocs, possibly writing some guides and linking to them from tags, preference on Booking.

• multiple content types (6f36875)
• multiple examples
• at least one webhook (f29099f)
• Descriptions on tags (group description) with some markdown (16c5739)
• External docs on at least one tag ? (maybe on “Bookings”)
• Polymorphism (anyOf)

To facilitate onboarding on Bump.sh, we would like our users to have only one single example file to download. Could we go back to a single OpenAPI file?

I think it would also facilitate sharing it across projects.

We could also bundle it during the CI process, but I'm not 100% sure that it would be better as the described API stays small. I let you take a decision here, @philsturgeon.
