A Document is a file and description of what is it. The file extensions allowed are txt, pdf, image extensions, and mp4. A video shouldn't be larger than 30 MB. others not larger than 5 MB

Each investor registered on the platform has their funding criterion. These criterion define, for example, the type of SME the investor is generally interested in, among other things. They can be specified during the investor registration or can be added later. Check the FundingCriteria entity for implementation details.

To attract investors, an SME through its representative (Client) creates a funding application on the platform. A funding application is linked to one SME. A funding application can result in many funding projects, each with a different investor.

Given a username and a password, check if such a user exists

The SME is registered by a client. The client is the representative of the SME. They have to log in to the platform using their user account before they can register their SME

An Investor is a lending entity. There are different type of investors. They can be a government, an international institution that helps SMEs, a private investor, or even a bank.
