Supported game with correct checksum = Invalid Checksum

Hello, i don't understand one thing.
Why do the supported games give invalid checksum?
If the patch was created for them, what other file is expecting?

My file:

Can't get homeland decomp to work

I'm trying to patch my homeland ISO and have hit a problem trying to get the decomp part to work.
When I run make in the decomp submodule I get this error:

The homeland rom is in the isos directory of the main repo - not sure how the decomp is supposed to find it?

Can you make Donkey Konga 3 a patch?

I use linux, so I can't run the bat files, and running bat files through wine never works for me. Can you distribute it as a patch file like xdelta,bps, etc?
