The protocol is described in english and roughly sketched out in F#. However, both of these languages are not precise enough to precisely specify the protocol.

Actually, it shoud be specified in IEML, the Information Economy MetaLanguage. Because this forces us to really understand what we are talking about.

The task there is to go through the F#-spec and start translating the message types into IEML. That specification especially should be good with arbitrary commitments, modelled as conditonal actions and declaring a proof of initiation. It must allow all possible actions, accorss all possible world models.
