Describe the bug
When clients or protected resources are saved, it is deleting the secrets. in the case of protected resources, it clears secrets and scopes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to client or protected resource edit screen
2. Click on Secrets
3. Add a new secret
4. Go back to the client edit screen and save

Expected behavior
That When client information or protected resource is changed, secrets are kept

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: W10
• Browser chrome
• Version 83.0.4103.116

I did installed JPProject.IdentityServer4.AdminUI project in light version, but when I try to run API occur bellow error.

Error wating database. Check ConnectionString and ensure database exist

it;s works fine. So I thing the problem is at this method:

It's looks like method GetAppliedMigrations causes blocking connection to database and not release them after execution is finished.

I using SQL Server.

Hello Folks,

I have one situation where we need to have not so "strong password" policies as defined on NistAccountOptions(). My suggestion would be that we make it "injectable", allowing people to override when it makes sense, or if we need to actually change the policies to make it even stronger...

Does that make sense?

Hi @brunohbrito ,

I am really struggling with this project diffs, since all the files are UTF-16 Encoded. as you know git don't work well with this encoding specially the default GNU-Diff . and this makes files read as binary. with the default configrations !

I was going to send you a pull request to convert all the files in this project to UTF-8. but I thought I need to know your thoughts first.
