InvalidModelError doesn't exist

When you have a missing table you don't get a helpful error message:

An error occurred in an after(:all) hook.
  NameError: uninitialized constant DatabasePlumber::LeakFinder::InvalidModelError
  occurred at ......./bundler/gems/database_plumber-0e4267b65135/lib/database_plumber/leak_finder.rb:32:in `rescue in count_for'

Validate options passed to DatabasePlumber#inspect

It's very easy to pass minor typos like ignored_adapter instead of ignored_adapters without meaningful feedback.

Validation of the options being passed, along with echoing configuration to the user in output would provide a hint when debugging config.

Error since upgrading to Rspec 3 

Failure/Error: Unable to find matching line from backtrace
        `example` is not available from within an example (e.g. an `it` block) or from constructs that run in the scope of an example (e.g. `before`, `let`, etc). It is only available on an example group (e.g. a `describe` or `context` block).

Avoid calling delete_all on HABTM_ tables

Tables prefixed with HABTM_ are join tables, we should not need to directly clean these up and calling delete_all / destroy_all cannot necessarily be expected to work as intended.
