Add an option to use differents remote repositories
Right now you can't use ghp with other remote repos than the one named origin
Maybe add an remote option to specify another added remote or a remoteUrl?
Better logging
For instance it's not clear when ghp is connected to github and disconnecting from.
Also, a timeout error and option are maybe needed

Remove .gh-pages-cache if ghp exit with an error
A graceful exit can be done with the new koolshell.
Also, can be a good idea to automatically add gh-pages-cache to the .gitignore file to avoid adding it when pushing to other branches than the gh-pages one.
2FA
I seem to be having trouble when trying to deploy with 2FA enabled.
Is it possible to authenticate via SSH?
Update kool-shell to version > 1.0.0
return either event emitter or promise
