UCLA Fall 2016 CS188 project

Our web app CodeDocs is designed for multiple people to write code on the same file simultaneously. It also supports compilation and prints console output to the webpage. It'll be useful for collabration coding and coding interviews.

Configuration

Development

• Install VirtualBox from: www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
• Setup Ruby on Rails on Linux: https://gorails.com/setup/osx/10.11-el-capitan

Database creation

• run command rake db:create to create new databases
• modify password in config/database.yml to own password instead
• uncomment the database names in development and test database
