- Download Bazel
- Install the Bazel IntelliJ plugin
- 'File > Import Bazel Project...', select new Bazel workspace with repo root directory
- Select 'Import project view file', and choose 'go-packages/.bazelproject'
- Launch 'Bazel run reference:main' run configuration, auto-created at startup
