A tic tac toe game implemented with LibGDX

This is a tic tac toe hobby project by Stuxi and I implemented using LibGDX.
To build the desktop jar, run this command:
> mvn package -P desktop
Add an AI player as the opponent of the user. This AI should preferably have multiple difficulties, but could only have one.
Winning a game should add a point to the winner
The game currently requires shutting down and relaunching to start a new game. This is very annoying and the ability to restart would be handy.
