First delete all four preexisting PwC feeds. These are the ones that use fetchrss.com. They're all broken because the PwC site layout changed.

Let's then add two new feeds for PwC:

Deduplication: Nothing special. Not feed specific.

Note that the new feeds use a common link for papers and code. Unlike the old PwC feeds, new PwC feeds don't need any special feed-specific deduplication.

Since there are a lot of feeds that I'm now serving, please update the frequency of the KDnuggets feed from once every 1 hour to once every 4 hours. It would be pointless to poll it more frequently because it'll just return a cached result.
