At https://github.com/braincow/mawsdatarest/blob/master/lib/cherry/mawsdata.py#L47 instead of hardcoding the config value in we should use the "limit_from_conf" as the key.

Do not allow just any dict() to pass in **dict() expanson for MAWSData() DB object.

Two solutions:

1. Test that mongoengine db document object properly prohibits all nastiness (unlikely)
2. Sanitize all inputs before allowing the expansion to happen. Mainly: drop all other keys from dictionary than those expected. There is @todo line for this.

Method 2. is probably preferred method.

Now that maws_insert api is protected with HTTP basic auth migration tool also requires support for that.

Enable HTTP basic auth for maws PUT method to deflect unauthorized inserts to database. This can either be done in CherryPy (preferred) or for "production" in OpenShift as .htaccess file.

Implement dataset query API

As we allow in theory multiple different observation sites to push data in it is possible that many sites have exactly the same date+time for a datapoint they are trying to upload. Thus unique error rises.

MAWSData should have unique compound index defined by observation site id AND date+time.

Matplotlib is great but maybe a little bit too heavy and "clunky" for use in this app.

Implement configurable max days value for plotting, possibly for other queries as well.
