Allow user to put payment note

Feature request : Allow user to put payment note

1> User or Developer Adds Payment Note, Before Render
2> Hex encode it and store it in your db, along with everything else
3> when users call data he should get the payment note

Example usage :

Buying phone case & colour could be mentioned in payment note by developer grammatically

Tipping users with the thank you note
