Blank page after npm run serve

Hello,

I followed the tuto on youtube, when I start the server I get a blank page in the console I have this error :

I cloned you repo I got the same issue

node -v: v11.10.1
npm -v: 6.14.4
vue --version: @vue/cli 4.2.3
