Install yo, grunt-cli, bower, generator-jskeleton:

npm install -g grunt-cli bower yo generator-jskeleton

Make a new directory, and cd into it:

mkdir my-new-project && cd $_

Run yo jskeleton, optionally passing an app name:

yo jskeleton [app-name]
