WHAT IS THIS?

Linux Kernel source code for the device bq Aquaris E4.5

The sources for the Ubuntu Edition can be found on the branch aquaris-E4.5-ubuntu-rtm. The README.md there covers building, etc for Ubuntu.

BUILD INSTRUCTIONS?

Specific sources are separated by branches and each version is tagged with it's corresponding number. First, you should clone the project:

$ git clone [email protected]:bq/aquaris-E4.5.git

After it, choose the version you would like to build:

$ cd aquaris-E4.5/
$ git checkout 1.2.1_20140721-0600

Finally, build the kernel:

$ ./makeMtk -t krillin n k

No Root when Flash Kernel

When I compile the 3.10.54 kernel for the Aquaris E4.5 and I flash it to my device, I can't root it! I try with kingroot and says that y pone isn't compatible, I flash supersu with the recovery and my mobile stuck at bootanimation... It must be kernel problem, because with the stock kernel, It doesn't happen!

I make the kernel with the instructions of this repository..... So I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

How to disable the write protection?

I can't write to /etc/apparmor/abstractions/dubs . It says it's a read only file system. How can I mount it with write permissions? The standard mount command doesn't seem to work
