getting the error fatal: repository 'https://github.com/BoseCorp/go-idm-lib/' not found when I run go get github.com/Bose/go-gin-logrus

It seems the useBanner parameter isn't being respected. We have some code that tries to use the logger with useBanner=false and we still get a banner.

I think line 52 in middleware.go is the culprit - you create a logging buffer WithBanner(true) unconditionally.

The latest release contains functions for adding, deleting, and getting headers, but there is no support for resetting a header. This would be useful particularly if a user wanted to clear the entire header interface. Currently the only way to do this would be to iterate through each "key" in the header and call the "delete" function.

LogBuffer.AddBanner is great, but we need a way to allow clients to define what they want their banner looks like
