Include a index.html
You need to include an index.html so that anyone who is trying to use your repo can quickly check the final js file generated is working or not
ES7 Target - remove __awaiter method
V8 is getting native async/await support soon. Once TypeScript has an ES7 target then debugging the generated async code will be much easier.
Update to TypeScript 1.6.0-release
Update for TypeScript 1.7
Source map support during debugging?
It appears that this doesn't yet support sourcemaps during debugging in Code. Is that right?
The generated await.js.map has: "sourceRoot":"/source/", which appears to be a fake path that is used in node exceptions, though I'm not sure where it's coming from. But this doesn't work during debugging.
