The application allows to keep track of a reflective training journal using the What, So What, and Now What framework:

• What? What Describe a particular situation, then focus on achievements, consequences, responses, feelings, and any problems.
• So What? Discuss what you have learnt about yourself, relationships, models, attitudes, cultures, actions, thoughts, understanding, and any improvements.
• Now What? Identify what you need to do in the future in order to improve future outcomes and develop your learning.

Implement capabilities to:

1. Track resistance training exercises, and
2. CRUD a small library of climbing-related resistance training exercises

Each resistance training exercise should contain:

• exercise name
• equipment
• weight
• repetitions
• time
• utility: primary, auxiliary, climbing-primary, climbing-auxiliary, injury-prevention, rehab
• type: compound or isolated
• functional: push, pull
• muscles worked

Increase User profile with preferred activities, grade, gears, age, and car fields, and bio

Extend the user class with sexual orientation, sentimental status, climbing/bouldering grades, and years of experience preference for bouldering, climbing, gears, safety gears, car, open to hosts a climbing session within X km, open to joining a climbing session within X km

DOMS will signal the body whenever a muscle has been under a different or greater stimulus. Tracking DOMS or its absence could indicate further areas for improving our training regime. Evaluate that possibility.
