ClimbHarder aims to provide a full-featured platform for climbing training, using quantitative/qualitative measurements, and artificial intelligence to dynamically build training plan tailored to the individual athlete response to training, provide insights based on the user population and much more.
The application allows to keep track of a reflective training journal using the What, So What, and Now What framework:
What? What Describe a particular situation, then focus on achievements, consequences, responses, feelings, and any problems.
So What? Discuss what you have learnt about yourself, relationships, models, attitudes, cultures, actions, thoughts, understanding, and any improvements.
Now What? Identify what you need to do in the future in order to improve future outcomes and develop your learning.
Extend the user class with sexual orientation, sentimental status, climbing/bouldering grades, and years of experience preference for bouldering, climbing, gears, safety gears, car, open to hosts a climbing session within X km, open to joining a climbing session within X km
DOMS will signal the body whenever a muscle has been under a different or greater stimulus. Tracking DOMS or its absence could indicate further areas for improving our training regime. Evaluate that possibility.
