The LICENSE file has been changed to GPL-3.0, but this change in license needs to be reflected on PyPI as well.

Remove unused linters including pylama, pycodestyle, etc. in favor of pylint and pydocstyle from pyproject.toml poetry dev dependencies.

The auto-reconnect function of PYMUMBLE is currently not working. It needs to be determined whether it is a fault on the side of Chumbot or PYMUMBLE.

When multiple random clips are queued to play, Chumbot should print all of their names in order in Mumble text chat. Currently it only prints the name if only one random clip is invoked using *.
