Should probably create different ones for desktop/mobile

• create national results
• add switching events on click
• adjust to mobile

• Create a dictionary containing all party names in all 4 languages
• Create a minimal tr_party function to get party name by key and language

create a results.json file from the csv using appscript.
should include max_party (key) & max party color.
should have the following structure:
