ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND in V1.0.3rc1

Previous build V1.0.2rc1 is still working for me with this argv.
htpdate -s -C "[time ]H:mm:ss.SS[ && date ]DD-MM-YY" -p http 1.0.0.1 cloudflare.com

OS: Windows 10 IoT LTSC 21H2 19044.3448
Locale: zh-HK

After running htpdate, the time becomes 2003, it should be 2023, running on Windows 10 22H2

I am using google translate because i am not proficient in english.
Now it is March 3, 2023. After I use htpdate, the system time becomes March 1, 2003. I don't know why.
I checked other htpdate libraries on github and found that this is also the case. I don't know if it can be used as a reference.
