Hi Bob - would this script work if I tried to convert my database charset and collation to utf8mb4 and utf8mb4_general_ci respectively?

Hi @BobRay - I couldn't get the cdc.php file to run using PHP 7.1. I tried testing it on multiple environments both using PHP 7.1.

Every time I run the script I get the following error:
