Key length and value length can be supplied via cmdline argument. Make Generate* methods to return keys and values of variable width that does not exceed the cmdline supplied maxcap.

If Generatecreate() should exactly create options.inserts unique keys.

These test cases are applicable to LLRB MVCC LMDB.

with 50ba828 we can observe failures when including lmdbRanger() routines. Try the following command:

$ ./dbtest -db lmdb -load 1000000 -writes 4000000

There doesn't seem to be any obvious mistakes in using LMDB's Cursor API. Further investigation required.

Note that without lmdbRanger(), dbtest can execute with throwing any errors.
