I'd like to use the injector to inject a strategy object into a complex process implemented as a method object. (Of course, in python it would also make sense to inject a strategy into a function).

Sketch:

class MergeAction(object):
    @inject(merge_strategy="stupidscm.concepts.MergeStrategy")
    def __init__(self, merge_strategy):
        ....

Without DI the typical implementation is to import a simple MergeStrategy locally, creating a hard dependency on the default implementation.

Core idea: specify the type of a dependency by the fully qualified name of the type instead of the type instance itself.
