Currently we are pinned to an old version of chef which can break other things like vagrant because of version pinning.

We should test the plugin with a new version of chef and update the gem spec.

Allow overriding of the template-file option that is passed to Chef::Knife::Bootstrap. Proposed usage:

--template-file TEMPLATE     Full path to location of template to use

not sure if this should be default or if we should have a switch for it. Either way.

something like:
knife bluebox image create my-block my-block-image

knife bluebox tries really hard to bootstrap the instance by default, even if you've not specified a chef server in your config anywhere.

A current pull-req for knife-solo adds a Chef::Config[:knife][:solo] value, so it will be possible to detect that and skip the bootstrap, or do a SoloBootstrap instead.

It would be pretty cool if knife bluebox server list showed memory size / cpu count.
