The goal is to rename and probably extract new apps from the existing ones. Names should at least indicate the purpose of the app.

• module and the app Rex, could be renamed to Database or similar as it is only an interface to the PostgreSQL,
• from the Rex module, there could be extracted one app which will maintain the state of the whole network,
• RexWeb could be renamed to Web as it is only an interface for the nodes to interact with (through HTTP or Channels).

Description

The project needs description and guides on how to install it (for now probably from the developer side).
