sbs's Issues

Adjust categories in "Benutzer"

There should be the following main categories: "Bundesvorstand", "Standortleiter", "Student", "Schüler", "Sozialer Partner".

"Bundesvorstand" should have subcategories according to roles in the Bundesvorstand. (But maybe no subcategories at all might turn out to be best since there are at most 10 Bundesvorstände.

All other categories should have one subcategory for each city.

(In "Schüler", every entry, regardless of its sozialer Partner, should be displayed.)

What fields are compulsory should depend on role

Whether or not a field is compulsory will depend on the role. (If a user has several roles, a field is required if at least one of the roles requires it.)

E.g. "Geburtstag" is not compulsory for most user, but will be compulsory for students.

It should be easy to change whether or not a field is compulsory also in late stages of development since the corresponding requirements might still change.

Add effect for button "Benutzer"

A click on the button "Benutzer" in the main view should have the same effect as a click on the subbutton "Auflisten" of that button.

Define user account policies

Define how to handle critical user account policies

  • When to disable an account?
  • When to disable a user password?
