Simple header-only C++20 concurrent monotonic buffer allocator that models the allocator requirements from the [allocator.requirements] ISO C++ section.
Objects can't provide storage, so using std::array in examples as a storage for allocator resource is UB, instead need to use C-style array (the reason std::aligned_storage_t was deprecated).
Also potentially wrong alignment calculation when allocating elements???
