This causes all non-ASCII symbols look like squares.

In Plex I can navigate to a video to see if it has subtitles before I start playing it.
Is it possible to see this in your skin and Kodi?

I suspect that Kodi does not have this feature, and I need to start playing the video and then open the video controls to see if there is a subtitle available?

Maybe I missed it, but is it possible to increase the font size for the overlay, e.g. rating and number of unwatched episodes (I can barely read it)?

In the default skin (Estuary), the TV-Show or Movie Ratings are shown on top of the thumbnail. Can that be done in the Night skin?

I really like that when I focus on the now playing button on the main menu I can see the video in the background. Is there a way to put it as the background permanently when there's video playing, even in the video selection menu? I was unable to find it in the settings.

I setup a Playlist of TV-Shows using the default skin and set the sort order to be by Rating (descending). It works fine in the default skin. However, when I switch back to Night Skin, it is sorted by Title!

Note that TV-Shows can only be sorted by Genre in a Playlist.
EDIT: I meant that "TV-Shows can only be sorted by Ratings in a Playlist."

Nice work btw. - here my issue:

I like to disable the "Preplay Screen" in preferences. But with this setting it starts immediately playing again if you cancel the play. This effects episodes, clips and movies.
Maybe you should show the Postplay Screen or jump further back to menu.

When browsing tv-shows/movies it would be nice if selected items have an accent, this makes it easier to spot a selected item.

What is the Purpose of "Mark as watched/unwatched"?

I think it would be nice to have an option to show the labels under the poster instead of in the poster. (Like PHT :))

1. Enter page with media details (like this: http://i.imgur.com/TE9zFdt.png )
2. Try to select audio track / sub track / etc menus with left/right buttons
3. Series will be switching too based on left/right (back/forward)
   Unusable :(

In "My Add-ons," and using the default skin (Estuary), there is a check-mark for enabled Add-ons and an "x" for disabled Add-ons.
However, the Night skin is not showing if the Add-ons are disabled or not.
Am I missing something?

May be this problem linked with unicode porblem. When i choose russian language in settings, almost half of the settings is filled with space characters (empty). Names of the files with russian char also absent (filled space char). Skin: milestone Release: v1.7.3, PlexHT: Version 1.3.5.431-7966a4df. Windows 8.1

I like the favourites-feature, but I cannot move or sort items. That would be very nice, thank you. :o)

When going into either area, the Night theme attempts to show the total number of items in that area. However, it is misreporting this number by being one short. You can "fix" this by going backwards one click to the end of the list though, effectively adding one to the number when it realizes it's mistake.

For example: When I startup and go into TV Shows, for me it displays 175 shows on page one. When I page backwards one click to see the end/last page of the list, it updates to 176, which is the proper number.

It does this for both TV and Movies.

I cannot tell if this is a bug in the theme or Plex proper because I don't have another theme that has this feature.

While playing, going to the OSD (m) and select audio, then subtitle offset, the screen gets a little more opacity with every menu (https://www.dropbox.com/s/i67rv3sb4hjp5pg/Screenshot%202014-07-15%2016.42.46.png). When pausing and then doing the same and pressing play (space) all menu's go away and only the offset OSD stays with less opacity (https://www.dropbox.com/s/janu112st5mugac/Screenshot%202014-07-15%2016.43.16.png). Is this fixable within the skin? I noticed that the default plex skin does not apply any opacity when using the menu. So maybe we can make only the OSD items semi-translucent instead of the whole screen?

I would like to hide TV Shows that I have watched, but I do not want to hide watched episodes. However, when I hide the watched TV shows, the watched episodes are also hidden!

Is this a bug or by design?

The reason is that I want this:
I always keep the last watched episode in a TV show, and delete the earlier ones. After I have watched the last episode in a TV show I want the TV show, but not episode, hidden. After a new episode is added (and the TV show is now visible), and I have watched the new episode, I want to delete the previous episode. However, this is not possible with the current behavior because the previous episode (and the one just watched) is hidden!

I frequently delete watched files from the library and disk using the remote.

To get to the context menu, I need to press the OK button for a few seconds. However, sometimes this fails and it just plays the file instead (and I need to restart Kodi to get it to work again).

I wonder if you could assign the right arrow to go to the context menu (like in Plex OpenPHT)? Now it just shows the episode number and "Page 1/1"

However, when it does work, it is still cumbersome:

1. Long press OK to go to the context menu
2. Scroll down to Manage & Select it
3. Select Manage
4. Scroll to Remove From Library & select it.
5. Press Yes to remove from library
6. Press Yes to remove file

Even better would be to assign the right arrow to go to directly to the Remove From Library item or at least to the Manage item.

I can't seem to find any reference in the theme code to set the time a dialog (like the logged in to plex dialog). For me it sits there just to long. Can you point me in the right direction? :)

When I have hover over an item in the default skin, it is very obvious which item is selected:

However, in your excellent Night skin, and on my projector screen, I can hardly distinguish which item is selected (it looks fine on my PC monitor though):

Is there any way to make it more obvious, like in the default skin? Maybe also make a colored circle?

Looks like when filtering by unwatched, then watching the last unwatched show of one of the shows, it crashes every time. This started happening after updating to the latest plex pass version. Was working previously.

In the latest PHT I can not find a way to change the accent color.

I use a4ksubtiles to search for subtitles.
This is the result I get with the default (Estuary) Skin:

I can easily compare the file name with the found subtitles to select the best match.

This is the result I get with the Night Skin:

It is impossible to know which subtitle to select....

Could you please make Night look like in the default skin (in the next version)?

I have not found a way to sort by folder in skin.night. But I can enable it with another skin and after that it behaves like it should. Maybe there is a way or it has to be added.

When enabling that seen items should be shown transparent, the transparency is so much that items are almost not visible/readable. Also I think it would be better if selected items are even less transparent, if seen.

I couldn't figure out how to use the Playlist Editor until I switched to the default (Estuary) skin.
Here is what is it looks like when I edit my Sci-Fi/Fantasy Playlist:

In the default skin (Estuary), I can run the "Light IMDb Ratings Update" Add-on by going to Add-ons and clicking on the icon. However, nothing happens when I use the Night skin and click on the icon.

EDIT: I just realized that there is no mouse support. I works when I select the icon and hit Enter.
A minor difference though;
In Estuary it shows Media scanned with scan progress in %. With Night, it only shows Media scanned and no % Progress.

If I view photos in the default (Estuary) skin and move the mouse to the left or use the left arrow key, I have a "View options" and "Actions", including slideshow. However, with Night Skin, I get different Options when using the left arrow key, but no Actions menu.
How can I access the Actions Menu?

i love this skin on openpht. been using 1.8.6 for what seems like forever and just decided to check if there was an update for the skin and to my disbelief you did update it. but sadly it looks like its severely broken for openpht now.

is this intentional? was openpht support dropped all together?
