Now that stuff seems to generally work go ahead and compile the code before bundling to reduce the size and increase load performance of the function source

Right now everyone who builds from the prolamb/prolamb is opted into an included postgres odbc driver. I want to split into a pgodbc image and a base image so that we don't load folk up with cruft.

The local stack tests keep failing in travis for ... reasons. Ultimately I disabled the integration tests to get builds across, I'll call that a bug that needs to be fixed.

I hate fighting localstack so I'll just go ahead and stand up a real environment for integration testing.
