Where can I find my configuration files?

Now, add the new folder to your $COWPATH environment variable. Append this line to your shell's configuration file (.bashrc, .zshrc, .cshrc).

COWPATH="$COWPATH:$HOME/.cowsay"

I am currently using mac ox 10.11.

it does not give any link ...please help

I do not see a license mentioned anywhere. Am I missing something or is there no license? If it is the latter, could one be added?
