Our goal is to keep the node uptime in the best possible way to avoid creating losses for investors and to transmit security and trust. We are organizing to create content on our social profiles such as articles and tutorials to bring Bitsong to the attention of fans and music artists.

We are testing private key signing on a separate host and will be enabling the restake shortly.

StakeLab is the first validator for french speakers. We develop a platform to initiate non crypto users to the defi and to dpos long term investment. We are securing 8m $ assets on 9 networks. I have been an early bird in supporting the ecosystem from the announcement and later participation of the BitSong ICO back in 2018. The project outlined in the whitepaper is incredibly valid. Since the ICO I have seen the tremendous development of the ecosystem and the original vision starting to become a reality. At the beginning of this year, I decided to increase my commitment to the project by stepping into the game and becoming a validator with solid uptime and full self-delegation and commission restacking. I would like to continue on this path and pursue the goals I will outline in the next paragraph to continue contributing to the growth of the ecosystem.

Uptime: more than 98%

Commission restake: so far all the commissions coming from the node have been re-staked to contribute in increasing the network security. No plans have been made to sell the tokens and won't be made in the near future.

Self restake: the restaking constists of 100% for our self-staking mechanism. These are rewards coming from the re-staking process happening on the node. Hence, both the rewards from staking and well as the validators commission are currently being re-invested in the network to make is secure.

Participation in the BitSong ecosystem: as a validator the partecipation and contribution process carried on so far was mainly related to on-board friends to the ecosystem and allow them to play with the testnet. On this regards, the Medium page Medium page of the validator has a guideline that explain in details how to enter in the BitSong ecosystem for people that approach crypto for the very first time. The plan is to extend this guideline to make people more comfortable with crypto and in general to increase awareness of the crypto-space

Goals

I have recently convinced some of my friends to try out the Sinfonia testnet and I received tremendous feedback from them on how intuitive (with little explanation on the purpose of such a project and platform) it was to use.
Hence, my goal would be to expand this call to many and many more friends, supporting them with articles that explain the reason for jump-starting their journey into the ecosystem and writing how-to guides on how to quickly support artists all around the globe.

Background

EZ Staking is a French company just starting out in the staking service (founded by a developer). Currently, we just have a showcase page, but we are actively working on building a multi languages platform available on browser and mobile application. This platform will introduce people to crypto currency with tutorials (text/video format). We also plan to provide a dashboard to track rewards and live servers performances. Fan Token Dashboard
We want to develop a dashboard for the community that allows you to monitor the publication of new fan tokens on Bitsong and how to obtain them.
New listings, information on fan tokens and much more will be available.

Implementation Steps

We will launch a dedicated node to constantly monitor the chain and events dedicated to Fan Tokens. The node will need to be active and maintained for all the time necessary for development and, most likely, even after to give full resources to the tool.
We will release a free version of the dashboard that will allow the monitoring of new listings and access to Fan Token info.
We will talk about Bitsong Fan Tokens through our social networks, through the ITAStakers community and through the other Cosmos projects we collaborate with.

Uptime - for main validator I keep up to date backup ready at all times to take over the role.

RPC - providing public RPC endpoint at the moment available at Bitsong RPC

Relayer - at the moment running relayer services for 3 other chains. Want to include Bitsong in June/July.

Self delegation - at the moment I delegated 16k $BTSG to my validator through 2 different wallets. Going forward planning to increase this amount.

Commission restake - for first 3 months I'd like to restake 100% of commission, after 3 months do checkpoint and re-evaluate that, if reward is enough to maintain infrastructure.

Participating in Bitsong ecosystem - as I'm mostly on infrastructure side of technology, I'm definitely up for running testnets, evaluating new releases, providing infrastructure to run web-apps, when needed. Also, happy to help with technical things, which happen to be for statesync and IBC testing and relaying during one of testnets. Along that I also run instance of ping explorer with Bitsong chain available published here.

Goals

For a long term run I'd like to help around infrastructure for nodes and validators in form of contributing to testnets and evaluations, documentation. Background

We are two Data Engineers with many of experience at your service, while we maintain a fully transparent operation.
Our years of experience in Big Data allowed us to take the best of it and adapt it to the proof-of-stake world. Therefore, we have developed and adapted modules initially used in Big Data for our fully customized infrastructure service. The latest technologies in terms of high availability, security and efficiency are naturally present in our system.
We are working with a single-node validator with an active-standby setup, if the active node dies, we ensure the active node is actually dead and then manually promote the standby node. This allows us to safely avoid the penalty for inconsistency (double signing) and keep a close 100% uptime. Every node is hardened and protected by a strict firewall.

Tedcrypto is a new brand created by me Luis and currently running solely by me from the beginning of this year.
I've been personally investing in the cosmos since last year and driven by its ecosystem decided to promote and secure more networks by validating them, at the same time trying to disrupt the centralisation in the decentralisation which we can see in many chains (same top validators in all blockchains...).
Committed to providing more value to PoS and to cosmos in general, I've been working on an application named TedLotto. Which promotes a healthy delegation system, wherein turn we encourage delegators to delegate and secure the network by offering them free tickets based on the amount staked on our validator (the system actually allows more validators to participate! will write this below) and have a weekly chance of getting a jackpot price. I've been promoting bitsong on Twitter and on private channels personally and because I love music and listen to o music for the most part of my day, I'm very bullish on bitsong projects and concepts.

** More validators in TedLotto
When I created TedLotto our ideal was to bring more validators on board, they would help by increasing the Lotto Wallet value and in turn, TedLotto would consider delegations from that validator in the ticket system. E.g.: If validator X wanted to join, then all dPoS would get Y amounts of tickets based on the Z stacked amount. We have not actively started looking for this, but if you are a validator and you want to join, let me know!

Goals

Short goal: Increase our community, help further bitsong project and promoting it. Increase our reach to bisong community. Promote and create a Lotto Wallet (I'm going to create one Lotto Wallet next week 09/05/2022, with 400€ worth of tokens to kick it off). 2% of our 10% commission (20%) will be invested in this Lotto wallet to increase it's value over time. All the remaining rewards will be re-delegated to further increase rewards overtime and faster increase the lotto rewards too. We are doing this for CRBRUs already, I haven't configured these scripts on Bitsong yet!

Long goal: I want to be able to work as a validator full time, increasing my reach on multiple projects and be able to spend my time working full time on blockchain projects. I've been accepted in the IDA which starts next week.

I've started working on full rest and friendly API that will have pre-formatted values and well-documented data from chains without having to overstress public chains. For now, is a centralised app. It aims to be a open API which anyone can use and create websites such mintscan on the fly. I believe there is a lot of potential having this data organised outside the blockchain in a relation database so further developers can create more applications more easily using just basic HTTP requests.

TedLotto is a project that never stops, having external help with the rewards we get from delegations, will definitively help increase the lotto wallet faster and be more interesting to delegators and to the bitsong community.

In the long term, based on the number of delegations we get we don't need as many tokens as the project will become self-sustained.

I run a mainnet validator (Genesis) and have also participated in the testnets. I really like the conecpt and would like to contribute to the overall value of the ecosystem.

Besides running the validator, I propose to help managing the Discord server (I already restructured it a bit ctrl-Felix#4505) and to implement further functionalities in my website. My current plans are to run a explorer and to build a well documented api to facilate third party integrations.

Expected Outcome

After 180 days I expect to have a stable explorer and a well documented api. With this as base I will be able to add further features (still in this 180 days period). Enigma is running a validator on the Bitsong mainnet since more than 6 month (end of December) and we are constantly uptime (100%).
We have often work with the team in order to develops tools, share with our community information about Bitsong and bring help to the community.
