Welcome to BitShares Blockchain Documentation over Github.

This repo is acting as an educational resource which was designed to help BitShares Blockchain users to understand BitShares Blockchain:

We welcome contributions and discussions in below subjects:

  • Describe and explain BitShares Blockchain and BTS utility token use cases.
  • Help developers to build on top of BitShares Blockchain with development materials and programming libararies.
  • Ensure economical security to BitShares Blockchain utility and secure eco-system participants.
  • Maintain BitShares Blockchain on going development, updates, channels high avilability and future scalability.
  • Provide showcase resources created by the community and address their best deployment scenarios.
  • Maintain BitShares Blockchain documentation and help resources.

Please create a pull request over master branch and address your changes.

Missing documentation for majority of libraries?

The roadmap on bitshares.github.io states the following as Q3 targets:

Showing examples of integration codes
Addressing libraries and interfaces

Yet only the JS library has any documentation.

Where is the promised documentation on around a dozen or so libraries listed here: https://github.com/bitshares/awesome-bitshares#libraries

Considering the missing library documentation, Q3 targets haven't been completed despite the indicator on bitshares.github.io stating so.

Remove all references to the private property known as "Bitshares Group"

As the "Bitshares Group" is the private property of an individual, it has no place representing the whole Bitshares blockchain.

Remove all links to Bitshares group telegram, twitter, bitsharesdev telegram, and the deranged "bitshares group roadmap".

Frankly these docs are lackluster and primarily serve to prop up an individual's private property and power grab over the community, instead of properly documenting Bitshares future for developers and investors.
