not showing up in plex channels after install

I did everything in the install instructions but it is not showing up in plex channels

Videos fail to play

I have the latest version of Plex and I cannot get the videos to play on any device. I have tried it on my Roku and my iOS device and can login and see videos but they fail to play.

Videos don't play

Hi, are you still developing this?
The channel allows me to select a course, but then the video does not play, with the error message 'Channel does not respond'.

No zip file

The readme says:

Download the .zip file from this repository.

There is no .zip file in this repository.

Hey! I was just wondering if you could give me any ideas on what to try to get this working. It shows up in Channels I'm able to set login in preferences and access the channel but each option ('recently viewed', 'new', 'popular') all show 'Channel Is Not Responding' if clicked.

I've attached the log and it does look like there are some failed url requests and exceptions happening. The only thing I haven't tried so far is assigning ownership of the plugin to the 'Plex' user. The PMS is on a Synology NAS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
