Network Requests WebExtension

A Firefox web extension that logs network requests.

Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

Installing

  1. Navigate to desired project directory, for example:
cd network-requests-webext
  1. Clone the repository.
https://github.com/biancadanforth/network-requests-webext.git

Running

  1. Run the web extension

(Note: If you don't already have the web-ext tool installed, enter 'npm install --global web-ext' first)

web-ext run
  1. Click on the "Network Requests WebExtension" browserAction icon in the toolbar

  2. Enter a URL into the address bar.

  3. Check the console to see the details of each HTTP request and response header.
