I tried to run and compile your work for a researching purpose. I installed all the pre-requirement mentioned but when the console shows "Enter a news headline or 'Q/q' to exit:" then I put a sentence to see the result, I got "except: [Errno 111] Connection refused" as an error message. Do you have any recommendation on the way how to solve this to run normally? Thank you in advance.

I think this is a great job, and nice to see someone making the effort.
In order for other people to use it, you actually have to choose an open source license. Otherwise there are some legal issues.
I only realized you didn't have any after I used your data for this much simpler version. This will not be used for anything other than a small project. Your repository is mentioned there in my README.md file.
I hope that is okay, otherwise just let me know.
