Add the ability to organize questions into rounds. Currently, data.json organizes Q questions as Q elements in the questions array. This may be changed to have R elements for R rounds, each with its own number of questions.

Move quiz configuration from data.json to an HTML page.

Viewed questions (appearing as faded) will not appear differentiated on page reload. Can fix using HTML5 Local Session storage.

Add the ability to display and run a countdown timer on individual questions. These timers are optional and may or may not be included by the quizmaster. The following timer preferences may be set in the data.json configuration file:

• Whether or not the question pages should display a timer
• The allowed time per question

In addition, these timers may also come with the ability to reset timers with decreasing durations (for example, when a question passes to the next team) and the ability to set different durations for different kinds of questions.

Most importantly : a button to invert colour schemes. This is for places where there may be too much light, interfering with a white-background based presentation theme

Google Sheets has deprecated the v3 API (info). As a result, the app has stopped working!

Need to migrate this to v4 API.
