Interesting, problem seems to stem from require('typechecker').isObject - turns out null && true evaluates to null, and '' && true evaluates to '' - I knew this applied to || checks, but not to && checks, which is interesting. Will need to typecast the value && check inside isObject like Boolean(value) && then. A bit annoying, but good nonetheless. Will need to update tests to ensure booleans are returned. It is strange that flow-type didn't catch this. If you would like to submit a PR, that would save some time.
