Layering

Hey @beurdouche and @mulmarta,

I would like to try and re-wire things like we discussed a bit in the chat: mls-lite can be a restrictive API on top of mls-rs, and then the existing code can go on top to form an opinionated API which is useful for, e.g., Firefox.

I hope to put up a PR for this tonight or tomorrow.
