The newest lato font contain woff2 files to

When you are entering letters into a free text search field some letters will merge together so far I have found that
"ft","ti" and "fi"
will merge together, this means that the cursor will not move inbetween the two letters. They literally become inseparable!
Letters in Caps lock will not merge, also the issue cannot be replicated in other fonts

Lato 2.015 was released in August this year: http://www.latofonts.com/2015/08/06/lato-font-family-updated-version-2-015/

It would be terrific if this repository mirrored this too :-)

Font is not displaying in Mozilla and Safari

hello!

thanks for this great package. the woffs and included are pretty big. i have a good caching policy, but still want to keep the asset size down. lato offers Latin only versions of the font, which are 5x smaller than the defaults.

can we get the Latin fonts included in the package? I know it may also require an API change, perhaps :/

Thanks for making the lato font as an npm package. There is an issue with the vertical positioning of the font in Internet Explorer, and it could be solved by modifying the .woff file.

The issue can be seen below, even when setting a line-height, the text is not vertically centered.

I suggest to convert the woff font which could be done by setting "Auto-Adjust: Vertical Metrics” in fontsquirrel, this fixes the problem in IE, and does not touch the other browsers which are using the woff2 font.

This bug is similar to this bug in Fira: mozilla/Fira#57
