You recommend in your README to set system definition to iMac13,2; could you perform some tests and see with your configuration what is the best system definition.

I have almost the same configuration as yours and when switching from MacPro3,1 to iMac13,2, I have a performance drop: tkrotoff/Gigabyte-GA-Z77-DS3H-rev1.1-Hackintosh#2

Starts out okay after a reboot with 314Mhz when idle. Seems to get stuck on 914Mhz after some time

i5 3570 is supposed to boost to 3.8 GHz. After first round of post installation without generated CPU states the CPU clocks 3.4Ghz max.

At some point when using wifi the connection drops without being displayed as disconnected. A reconnect resolves this issues for some time.

The CPU runs at clock speeds between 1,6 and 3,4 ghz. After awaking from sleep turbo boost is working and runs at max 3,8 ghz.

I'm using a triple boot system with Ubuntu 12.04, Windows 8.1 and Mac OS X 10.9. Chimera has support for booting all three of them but Ubunutu does not appear in the boot list. I had this issue before and it was solved by reinstalling the Ubuntu own GRUB bootloader again.

If inside MultiBeast (tested with OS X 10.8.5, MultiBeast 5.5.5), you check "DSDT-Free Installation", then you get:

• org.chameleon.Boot.plist with GraphicsEnabler=Yes
• Apple Boot Screen
• UseKernelCache=Yes
• GenerateCStates=Yes
• GeneratePStates=Yes
• darkwake=0 kernel flag
• MacPro3,1 smbios.plist with a unique serial number
• Desktop power management hibernate mode
• tonymacx86 black theme in /Extra
• Installs FakeSMC.kext in /System/Library/Extensions
• Installs Chimera v2.2.1 r2248
• Patches /System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTC.kext to prevent CMOS resets
• Does not include any Network or Sound drivers

This means that inside your README you can remove:

You should probably set GraphicsEnabler=No since you own a natively supported GPU: GeForce GTX670.

After a certain amount of time sound distortion occurs. This happens using the builtin as well as an external sound card (Creative Tactics 3D Alpha). Connecting and disconnecting the device solves this issues for a very limited time.
