I find it hard to finish reading my fortune cookie :(
It would be great to either have:
a) a timeout in seconds configurable in plugin settings
b) read the string length and have a time set for each letter, so shorter and longer texts won't stick around the same amount of time
Hi, I really like your idea as it reminded me of the Unix fortune program, which would allow you to specify an alternative fortunes file. I did some tinkering and got the plugin working with multiple files placed in a directory. (see my fork of your plugin)
Before putting any more effort in it, I'd like to discuss this with you.
The selection menu now just shows the name of the fortunes file to select. I could have it to retrieve a name and description (and perhaps a title for the pop-up itself) from the topmost entry in the fortunes file, what do you think about that?
