Commit out of date.

The most recent migration 20151211174939_user_print_settings_new_export.rb timestamp doesn't match the timestamp in the schema here ActiveRecord::Schema.define(version: 20150415162129) this means the last migration will always be down no matter what. Would be nice to get this fixed.

longer dashboard sort-by selections wrap

The drop-down list for sorting in the dashboard works fine. But when I select 'MOST RECENT ACTIVITY' or 'SORT BY DECISION DATE (IF APPLIES)', the latter words wrap marring the appearance.
